Uuok4 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

01 Introduction & Eligibility

Uuok4 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "uuok4") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us governing your use of the uuok4 website and related services.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use uuok4's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria. You are not entitled to create or use an account if these criteria are not met.

04 Payment Policy & Transaction Terms

Deposit Terms & Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket).
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. In some cases, banking delays may result in a processing time of 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account only. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Multiple deposits can be made within a single session; however, it is recommended that you keep a record of each reference number.

Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Uuok4 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the event of suspicious activity.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Policy

• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified timeframe after a bonus is claimed, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Generally, only one bonus can be active at a time — other bonuses do not apply unless specified by the individual offer.
• A maximum bet limit applies to all wagers placed using bonus funds.
• Uuok4 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, a minimum deposit amount is required and specified wagering conditions must be met. The welcome bonus is valid for one use only and will be activated after account verification is complete.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules are mandatory for all users when placing bets on uuok4 and apply equally to everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature applies).
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted once an event has kicked off.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, uuok4 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• A maximum bet limit per event is set and may vary depending on the account.
• A bet will not be confirmed if the account does not have sufficient balance.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the affected bets will be settled in accordance with uuok4's rules.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uuok4 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Exploiting system bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another person's account or sharing your account with others.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of uuok4's systems.
• Attempting to complete KYC verification using false information.
